This next FTX (9 and 10 Nov) will be critically important in that we will very focused on NCO and Leadership Training. LSW Members need to realize that this training applies to everyone and if you are wishing to increase your responsibilities and learn new skills that will be applicable in all facets of your life, then you need to be there and prepared to learn.
LTC Patrick is an enormous BLESSING to this organization and he is providing the leadership needed to make this organization into something much more than a rag tag group of people preparing for battle.
He is leading us into training that will develop our specific skills that will enable us to become incredible assets to our communities!
Make sure you are prepared to listen, participate and 'LEAD' this next weekend!!
We will ONLY get out of this organization...what we are prepared to put into it.
